Welcome to First State Bank of St. Joseph, formerly St. Stephen State Bank.                                      First State Bank of St. Joseph is continuing to work diligently to merge the                                             accounts of the former St. Stephen State Bank to our current database and                                   anticipate the process to be completed by late summer.  Customers affected                                       by the acquisition should continue with normal business banking practices until                                     you receive formal notification from us. 

The St. Stephen and St. Cloud locations will continue to be open and conduct                                 business as usual.
